The Pivot

When stable diffusion AI was launched in September 2022, it opened up new possibilities. Initially, I thought about creating a stock photo website called Stock AI, but the quality wasn't meeting expectations and there were concerns about potential legal issues.

I launched Deep Agency and HeadshotPro simultaneously. While Deep Agency garnered press attention, it didn't translate into sales. HeadshotPro was an instant hit. This unexpected pivot demonstrates the importance of staying flexible and reacting to what the market is telling you.

The Results

HeadshotPro earned over $100,000 just two weeks after launch. Today, HeadshotPro generates $300K monthly revenue. It was built in 30 days and started in 2023.

Before HeadshotPro, I built Headlime, an AI copywriting tool. I was one of the first people to implement GPT-3 in a production environment. I launched a lifetime subscription and made $60,000 in revenue in one week. In March 2021, I sold Headlime for over one million dollars.
