I've been building side projects since my teenage years, starting with video game communities. During my developer studies, I launched Uneed—a project that continues to be my focus today.

The Long Road

I got a job right out of college and quit three months later to become an indie hacker. It wasn't easy - I failed about 30 projects before finding something that worked.

Uneed started in 2019 as a directory for products. The idea was simple: create a better alternative to Product Hunt that's more friendly to indie makers.

The Part-Time Years (2019-2024)

For years, I balanced Uneed with freelance dev/design work. The revenue grew slowly but steadily. I focused on automation to reduce the time needed to run the directory.

Going Full-Time (2025)

I'm now fortunate to make a living doing what I love. My current goal is ambitious: reaching $1M in annual revenue from my ventures.

The key was persistence through failure and automating everything possible.
